Carol Castlo, our Chevron Green Consultancy Arboriculture Manager, has been undercover this week 👀

Carol (and other members of the Chevron Green Consultancy team) offer their time as Green Flag judges, assessing parks and green spaces. Being awarded a prestigious green flag demonstrates that these parks and green spaces have reached high standards in cleanliness, safety, horticultural and arboricultural maintenance, environmental standards and community involvement.

Complete judging takes place every two years, but in between, judges are sent into the parks as 'mystery shoppers', attending as a member of the public to check standards.

Carol visited two sites over the weekend (we won't mention where 🤫!) Both sites passed Carol's inspection, with some actions to do, including cutting back some overgrowth and providing more information leaflets.
