Today we're highlighting Ethan Pope, our Site Supervisor in Area 4, which covers East and West Sussex, Surrey and Kent.
This area includes major A roads and three motorways – M20, M23, and M2.
Ethan has been a valued member of the team for nearly two years. His job varies from scoping jobs to vegetation maintenance, sign clearance and dealing with large hazardous trees. Having worked on the network for over ten years, Ethan knows the roads well and has built excellent client relationships.
It's a source of pride that he always receives excellent feedback about the team. He says, "I like the variation of our work. We have great communication from our very approachable managers, who do a great job organising our works and ensuring all the safe systems of work are in place. I also like that we have great equipment and machinery to do the jobs safely and efficiently!"
In his spare time, Ethan can be found fishing or laser engraving.
