"I am the SHEQ manager at Force One and visited the A6 Bedford project yesterday and had to respond with an email. I met with James Riley, and it’s got to be said he was great. The project briefing and induction he gave was superb, very informative regarding the project and potential site hazards and restrictions. I visit many projects from different main contractors, and the briefing I received yesterday was one of the best I have attended. James’s knowledge and understanding was excellent and staggering, as it was his first day on the project. Within the H&S world, we are very quick to criticise and complain, however, we need to identify great people, and I believe you certainly have that in James. It was a pleasure to visit the project yesterday."
