We love hearing stories about our teams.

At the beginning of the year, we received this post on our Facebook page from a member of the public:

“A massive ‘Thank you’ to Jamie and the team who were working on the A120 in Braintree last week. Our mobile phone was stolen last Saturday night, and they had found it on the verge a couple of days later. They had the decency to take the time to look for the last caller on the phone and get in touch with us to let us know it had been found. The phone was old and already cracked but was valuable to us as it had family photos and contacts on it. We can’t thank them enough for taking the time to make sure we got our phone back 👍🏻."

We know that our teams are hugely decent humans, but it’s always lovely to hear of a story where this is demonstrated. Thanks Jamie, for you and your team in Essex doing the right thing.
